i would like to know my family history. im looking for a free website. i know we settled in mississippi
This is what I did. I googled the name of my great great grandfather and found information already filled in all the way to my grandparents on familytreemaker.com. Then I went to the message board and entered my great great grandfather and found more information.It may or may not work for you but it is worth a shot. I found my grandfathers cousins daughter on the message board and told her stories that I was told of her grandmother.
